Some staff danced in front of the shop, very eye catching. Large variety of toys and friendly staff who presented several amazing toys at each stand. Kids can try out before buying them. The queen and king of Lego are really impressive.
Haven't been here for about 10 years and it still holds the same magic as always. Enjoyed going early on a school day so wasnt hectic and we got to see everything we wanted to and even had a little magic show which was great. Every child's dream shop and still the best
Hamleys is a paradise for kids. The selection of toys is huge, and the energy in the store makes it feel like an attraction on its own. It’s easy to see why it’s such a famous stop in London.nnJust be ready for the crowds. It gets extremely busy, and you’ll need some patience to navigate the different floors. If you can handle that, it’s a fun place to explore with kids and a guaranteed hit for anyone who loves toys.
Hamleys is definitely a kid's heaven. It was a pleasure for us, as adults to take a walk around, we accidentally walked in it and we had a great experience. Different floors with different toys and collections: Disney, Marvel, Harry Potter, Lego, Hot Wheels and of course Paddington beara and souvenirs. The last floor has some sweets area: chocolate candy etc and there are also washrooms. The prices are fair. There are staff members with demonstrations of some toys. Also friendly staff and spots to take photos. I bought few stuff but there are a lot of choices.
Hamleys Grotto2025 was very magical, the whole experience from beginning to end was phenomenal the elf was full of good energy and the Santa was the best Santa my children have ever seen. The gifts was very high quality stuff which really exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t recommend it enough all 4 children had a wonderful time and will definitely book again next year thank you very much for making it so magical.
