Great gym, I like to get in early morning and use the various punch bags on the ground floor space. Top variety of equipment all round and a great team for those wanting to join group classes or one 2 ones with personal trainers.

A fantastic gym with all the equipment you could need and more! lovely staff and atmosphere to train. Couldn't recommend it more!

I started coming to proper gym since April 2016. I join earlybird group in the morning staying at 6am. I was so nervous when I first went and the coaches make you feel welcome. I don’t have a lot of confidence but since coming to earlybird I have build up my confidence and believe that I can do anything. I learn so much lifting weights, all different types of exercise and going for a run. I couldn’t run to save my life and didn’t think I end up doing a 10k run in the Great Manchester Run and I did an half marathon as well. This is because of the place Byron and Dale are fantastic in what there do plus the other coaches. There don’t look down on you there just make you feel welcome. There have so many classes you can go to so just give it ago. If anyone wants to join the gym this is the gym. Proper gym to me is the best gym in Manchester 👍👊💪

I recommend this gym to anyone that’s interested in starting the gym it’s got great equipment an friendly staff really recommend
