This shop is a great place to visit and to volunteer at; staff always go above and beyond for customers and are extremely helpful. Staff are very friendly and welcoming to all customers, the shop is clean and organised very neatly :

Gossip girls. If I could give zero I would, there’s a trio of blonde ladies who won’t stop TALKING! No help, no customer service and made me explain why I was bringing an item back

I have visited this shop twice in Sutton coldfield the staff are very unfriendly, unwelcoming, gossips, moaney and after today's visit I shalst never visit again after there moans about my toddlers pushchair.
