Erratic opening times including closing 2 - 3 for lunch. Also, tried twice to open a children’s account but was told both times that they didn’t have correct staff in branch. They said they’d call when staff had been trained but they never did! Had to go to another bank!
Inaccurate opening times listed. No longer open at weekends
