Simply love this building. Such a master piece of art and when I been inside, I was working bank with all the modern facilities.
Located in town centre with parking difficult to find nearby. Try Chapel Street. Staff is friendly though very often unable to resolve your query quickly. Often many trips to the back to ask a colleague. As well often asking patronizing questions, “who did you speak with when you last visited? We wouldn’t have advised that..” As if you make a note of the person’s name at the bank who promises they will handle your transaction. If visiting during the winter, bring a warm coat and some gloves to wear while you wait in the cold lobby.
Excellent customer service. All staff were extremely attentive. Ethan helped me with the final stages of setting up a new account and online banking. Couldn’t recommend more. Helpful, friendly and quick at getting everything processed.
have had a problem with online banking, couldn't resolve it via phone nor app chat. Decided to visit the branch, staff were very friendly despite initially they couldn't identify the problem but still maintained a bright smile. Eventually, the young lad who assisted me spotted a minor yet critical discrepancy which solved my issue. I am very grateful for his service and his remarkable observation!

Beautiful building with a modern efficient banking business inside.
Visited this branch on Monday at 2.15pm. The building was closed I was not the only customer baffled as to why they weren’t open. Checked online clearly says the branch was open. Phoned Customer Service they also confirmed it should be open. Waited in my car until 2.45pm in case they closed for lunch. Still closed. Very poor service.
Shout out to Louise who helped me dig up a messy credit application and helped me in getting the card. Great service !
Beautiful area with medieval charm
First contact I haf with banking industry in UK was here at this branch and all I can say it was awesome, the banker I talked to was able to help me with my problems and opening an account fast,it was a breeze !
