Dad attempted to make a transfer to another account under his name got flagged as suspicious and his login credentials got suspended. Called fraud team the other day trying to solve the issue, waited roughly 40 mins and got told to come to the branch to show an ID in order to unblock the account. Came to branch, Amber took our case and called fraud team again all three of us waited in the room for another 40 to 50 mins just waiting for someone to pick up the call. Honestly the branch service is really nice here in SAV and the staff are attentive, professional and kind yet Fraud team is really the most reluctant factor for us to keep banking with Lloyds. Typical scenario which one department drags the whole corporation behind, such a shame.
Absolutely shocking customer service and appalling online services, it's taken me almost 6 months to try to resolve a change of address! I moved address 6 months ago and changed my passport, drivers licence, First Direct and store cards online with no issue. However you cannot do this online with Lloyds, they tell you to download the App, which I did then it came up with an error message saying it was unable to do it because of a technical error "Sorry, we're having technical problems..." tried logging in and out all morning. So I called in, after 10 minutes holding I spoke to an advisor who said they didn't have the level of security to change my address and I need to call from the App Lloyds are happy to bounce their clients away at each point of contact, rather than deal with the issue, so I asked to speak to a manager, which he said "There's no point they'll only tell you what I told you!" and I had to ask 3 times. The lady did eventually take my complaint, the whole thing took me over an hour, shocking customer service! I'm also with First Direct, who were so easy to deal with and so helpful, I'll be closing my Lloyds account once they've dealt with my complaint.
Called in at this branch on 26/7/21 after having problems using my credit card. I was met at the door by a polite young man and guided to someone who could possibly help me. After a very short wait I was taken to a more private area where another member of staff made a phonecall to a customer service centre. Problem resolved after 20minutes or so, very pleased and relieved. Thanks to all involved.
As a business customer, I am absolutely APPALLED by the so-called 'service' provided by Lloyds Bank. I have spent countless hours with them on the phone, and they never do what they say they are going to do. They do not appear to record details of any conversation so the next time I summon up the courage to call them, they have no idea what I'm talking about and I have to start again at square one. I've had enough, I will be moving my account elsewhere.

Of the major banks, one said they could not do anything, and the others could do something, but Lloyds TSB Stratford-upon-Avon where by far the most helpful to me, especially the staff, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Only used this place once and the ATM ate my card. When I complained, anyone would have thought that I had attempted to rob the gold vault at the Bank of England!! Building: 10 out of 10. Service: 1 out of 10.
I find them very good . What more can they do. There's no pleasing some people.
