Thanks to the ladies that did our treatments today despite the ''beast from the East". Hope you all got home okay? Thank you - was a random experience lying on those nice warm beds looking out towards the snow coming down. Our treatments were excellent xx

I went for a spa day with my wife for my birthday. My first experience and wasn't too sure what to expect, i have to say i was very impressed. The facilities are excellent, clean and very modern. The food (we had lunch) was fresh and plentyful and they bought out a happy birthday plate during lunch which was a nice touch. I had a back massage and a facial both done by a very professional therapist who made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the treatments. I must say the staff really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and relaxed, nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend Santai Spa for a well earnt treat day, cant wait to go again.

Telephoned the spa today to enquire about a massage. The person who answered the telephone couldn't wait to get me off the phone. The prices are extortionate compared to most other 5 star hotels locally. They are rude and abrupt no customer service. Companies like these do not deserve to thrive as they do not invest in people who had people skills yet their business is all about the customer experience. I would never use this company.

Excellent all round staff treatments..good place to reduce stress or couples retreat will be come back.
