Village Hotel Solihull

Smart hotel with attentive staff, who handled my cousin's birthday in an excellent manner. Good spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Like most chain hotels, it lacks true character, and the water in the swimming pool is too warm for serious swimmers. Gym available.

Attended the Dancing through the decades event, the food was lovely and very hot. The disco was good and DJ played our requests quickly we had a great night. The only minus point was that the bar staff were very slow so we had to queue for quite a while for our drinks. All staff however were friendly and helpful. Will definitely look at other events there in future

Excellent place to come took the family and kids had a great time in the pool and all. Wifi available everywhere for free and has a huge parking lot which is also free... lots of food places to choose from had food in the village pub today and it was great. Rooms are very fresh and clean got a free upgraded room it looks the same as others but you get a coffee machine and all the sky cable channels so if you're not wanting to miss the football do the upgraded room lol. Overall this place is excellent fully recommend it. 👍🏾

Staff are don’t care. Housekeeping will come in your room 9am in the morning. Forgot my jacket there called 12 times over 6 days no call back, also called head office but still no reply. Would not recommend honestly.

Used a Local Drinking/Meeting place and a Gym/Fitness centre which detracts from the Hotel Residents not having the Customer Service expected. Food device is slow in the Restaurant. Much quicker if your happy with Pub Grub in the Bar if there is of course a seat/table available.
