Really enjoyed our stay here. Lodge was of a superb standard and the hot tub was great. A very relaxing stay. All staff were vert friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning.
The lodge itself was really lovely and the hot tub was great. We found a few bits of rubbish on arrival but it didn’t bother us a huge amount. The only reason I can’t give a 5 star is the swimming pool. The pool over on sandy glade sister park. The ‘kids pool’ was filthy and gritty on the floor. They’re wasn’t anything for kids like jets or slides etc which was abit disappointing. The changing rooms also weren’t great no changing table for a baby If needed.
Lovely lodges set in beautiful quiet park, not a lot to do in the area but if your looking for a nice relaxing holiday then this is the place, we had a hot tub so that was a nice added bonus. Entertainment over the Dunes club was really nice, always love a bit of bingo and all the staff were lovely and pleasant, overall we had a lovely stay.
This was our first holiday at holiday park and we had our doubts. We stayed in a platinum lodge with a hot tub and it was superb! The pictures do not do it justice. It is spacious, well equipped, decent beds, 2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms, clean and well kept. We had a 5 and a 2 year old who fell in love with the foxy club and the staff there. A special praise for Storm, a member of the entertainment team who was there from Tues to Sunday working hard to entertain the kids and always with a smile on her face. Berrow beach was so big too and we could drive on to beach with all our stuff. We were lucky with the weather too. Only thing we were not keen on was the swimming pool. It was quite cold in the water and was same level across whole pool also with few changing facilities so you had to walk back in towel wet. Only went once as not for us. Might be ok for older children. Same with the playground, not very suitable for smaller ones. Overall we would go again but definitely would want a lodge on sandy meadows.
Parc was lovely and clean, Lodge was lovely and clean also, loved our time here, will definitely be coming back.
