We have stayed in a lot of places around brean and this is by far the best place to stay. The caravan was pristine. The sundowner bar was amazing with very friendly and helpful staff. We hired a travel cot but could not work out how to put it up so the owner came to us on a Sunday evening and put it up in seconds. Can not fault this place and will certainly be back this year

Great place - we had a very good walk and enjoyed going round the installation. Also useful to have a cafe at the end of our walk

Lovely quiet site next to beach. Easy walking to shops, bars, amusements. Staff are very helpful and pleasant.

Highly recommended We have stayed here twice now and enjoyed our stay both times. Walking distance from the fair & arcades and everywhere is dog friend that is a bonus. Didn't mind our Rottweiler coming either as some places don't allow certain breeds. Will be booking again this summer.
