A great well-maintained site. Direct pedestrian access to beach. Has a pool and a recreation area for young kids with a slide, swing and other play furniture. There's also a large guest house available for hire. Laundry room on site (quite small and machines are coin operated). Sadly no on-site restaurants, and parking for off-site guests is very limited and often blocked by horse transporters.

Love this caravan site my favourite in brean by a mile quiet but child friendly grandchildren love the pool even when it’s freezing outside 😂 small play area and private access to beach fab I m hoping I can afford the “big house “ to rent one day x

Lovely place it's private and quite. We had a dog and she fit in brilliantly. Our plus was the weather was excellent. The caravan was great 5 of us in a six berth plus a dog plenty room. The warden on site, Richard was lovely  and very helpful and would go out of his way to make your stay a pleasure. I would come again.

Checked in this morning, enjoy this place, been quite a few times now. Quiet,relaxing cheerful..........minutes walk for most needs. Enjoyable break.

Been here twice now. Friendly staff, very quiet and relaxed, private access to the beach only a couple of minutes away. 

Entertainment and places to eat only a few minutes walk away. Outdoor pool is nice in season too, if a bit chilly. All in all, a great site.
