I'm a pretty tall guy so struggling at times with no bashing my head on everything  would suggest leaving toilet roll in the rooms as well as hand soap and washing up liquid. Other than that Room was perfect,bed was comfy and all facilities work

We stayed in the mobile home with hot tub. I can not tell you how beautiful it was. The home was perfect, hot tube was fun and the service was fabulous. Great location on the main strip in brean, close to bars, restaurants, arcades and the fair. But out the way of the noise. Will definitely return. Thankyou x

Me and my kids loved where we stayed, beach right behind us private entrancennNice and quiet as was 5mins drive up the road from most places.nWould definitely stay again, nice and tidy inside, 2 toilets & shower.nBalcony was nice and big. View was amazing

Stayed at one of the two luxury lodges, it had a gorgeous patio that overlooked the sea with a really warm hot tub. The lodge had two bedrooms single & double the living room / kitchen were open plan. Two bathrooms one being on suite!nI cannot state how good this site was being part of Unity without the busyness. It is also a stagger from The Seagull Inn via dune path via beach or along the road. I fully recommend you have a Just Eat delivery from the Shah Balti too, sublime.nI fully recommended this site as the staff and fellow holidaymakers are the best!

Enjoyed our break have booked another. Accommodation spotless on arrival.
