A lovely B & B peter and his wife are so welcoming we've stayed with them a few times now and they always remember us. The bedrooms are immaculate and Breakfast is excellent a little pricey but well worth it and only a few minutes walk into town so don't have alot noise around us. You can struggle to get booked in because they are often full but well worth the stay.

What a brilliant stay at sandpaper lovely room great sleep and fab breakfast . Nothing too much trouble would highly recommend if you stay in Whitby Jean and Billy

Fantastic location. Really friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable hosts, beautiful room (we had a suite). Immaculately clean. Most comfy bed ever. Quiet, no traffic noise. I had a lovely deep bath (complementary bubble bath). Really yummy breakfast. Brilliant choice of hot and cold. We are going again in April with friends. Says it all.

Ideal location for a stay in Whitby. Rooms are lovely, everything you'd need. Great breakfast included. Owners are warm and attentive. Brilliant stay
