Great value option in the heart of Whitby. The room and facilities have lots of little extra touches. Very friendly couple who own and run it. Another plus was the breakfast which is very good quality and comprehensive.
Staying here at the moment for 2 nights, very clean and comfortable, nice friendly couple, good breakfast, we would definitely stay at the leeway again, jenny n jonRooms: 5/5
This is a fabulous b and b. We have stayed here a few times before as have our friends. Exceptionally clean and owners very friendly. All rooms different but still excellent. close to town centre.breakfast amazing and all local produce . Would thoroughly recommend this place
Garry and Karen the owners of the leeway are a lovely couple, they greet you warmly and really make you feel at home. The room was beautifully done and they kept it as cosy as possible while keeping to all the guidelines!! As for the breakfast well that is just delicious and really sets you up for your day. This stay was for our wedding on the wedding morning for breakfast we were greeted by a lovely decorated table and bottle of bucks fizz, which really helped with the butterflies. We will definitely be back to stay.
Had a lovely 3 day break in Whitby. Stayed at the Leeway. Rooms are excellent and hosts, Gary & Karen,were very friendly & welcoming. Would highly recommend a stay at the Leeway & will visit again in the future. Thank you Gary & Karen.Rooms: 5/5
A great location within a couple of minutes walk to the harbour. There is ample on road disc parking. Extremely well decorated and very comfortable rooms, with every convenience. A fantastic breakfast to set us up for the day. Everyone is so friendly and very welcoming, you are made to feel special from the moment that you are met at the door. We will definitely be returning, this is a real gem.
From booking to leaving this morning, everything about it has been nothing but exceptional. Lovely cake on arrival.. Rooms clean and fresh contemporary..... If you have a sweet tooth a jar of sweets in room too.. Lovely little touch. 100% recommend... Won't be looking anywhere else when we visit that part of the country. The breakfast wow the best I've had in any B&B... EXCELLENT!! Thanks to Karen & Gary..... We look forward to our next trip to North Yorkshire and a stop at Leeway. John & Dawn xx
I had a wonderful two day stay at the Leeway. Superb bedroom absolutely spotless as was the en suite. Breakfast was first class and the owners Garry and Karen so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you for making my stay so welcoming.Rooms: 5/5
Had a wonderful holiday in Witby. So friendly, kind, welcoming and most of all I liked excellent breakfast in the Leeway! We asked more bread and were served so quickly.Rooms: 4/5
Brilliant place to stay, accommodation first class, substantial breakfast, Karen & Gary make you feel welcome and are great hosts. Would recommend this B/B
