Lovely couple that runs it, great room and the bed is the most comfortable bed I've slept in and the breakfast was great with a many options. Its a short walk from the bay and bars and restaurants. Free on street parking with a permit that the b&b will give you.

Very friendly warm welcome, bed very comfortable , room was a good enough size for our needs. They do the best cooked breakfast ever, very substantial. Looking forward to going again

Very friendly proprietors who made us feel welcome. Wide range of cereals as well as fruit to choose for breakfast in addition to the full English that was nicely cooked. Great location being only ten minute walk from either the top of beach or the town centre. Parking in the street was a bit difficult but free parking permits were provide so that helped the situation. Will be going back later in the year, excellent value for the price charged.

Lovely guest house nice clean rooms in a good location. Close to the town and sea front. The host's are friendly and welcoming Will definitely come back
