My father was admitted to the Baswich ward and spent close to 8 months there. He has Alzheimer’s and is in the later stages. In all that time he was treated with dignity and respect and the staff showed nothing but compassion for dad and us as a family. Dad was shown a lot of warmth and love by a very dedicated staff team, who all have extensive knowledge of this disabling condition. All of the staff are amazing, but I really would like to say a massive thank you to Jackie, Lisa, Wendy, Dave and Tom. I know there are many more but you were all particularly patient and tactful, when dealing with dad and sometimes our enquiries. I would also like to thank Natalie, who has been fair and considerate throughout the whole process. Even though dad was sectioned, Natalie listened to our concerns and would fairly weigh up what was in dad’s best interests. Dad has moved on today to a nursing home, which for us as a family was hard to let go of, but we can only hope that he receives the same level of care. To all of the Baswich staff you are amazing. We will always hold very fond memories of you all. Keep doing the remarkable work that you do xxx

Complete waste of time.nNo-one ever rings you back even after numerous requests to do so.nSome staff seem to have a very unhealthy attitude towards patients bordering on criminal negligence.nSadly, from my experience the senior management don't give a stuff about the patients. I can see how the CEO of the Post Office was welcomed into the NHS management.
I’d be dead if it was left to them absolute shambles of a service my cousin had to come from Manchester to make sure I was safe as these didn’t care
Worked for 20 years in hospitals in different Countries.nBeing in several hospitals as a patient.nCame to Georges' A&E last night and I never I have experienced such an high quality of care and such a kindness from all the staff.nYou are incredible and thanks so much for what you do, every day and every night!
