Excellent service recently received when my mother was having breathing difficulties. The only reason for not awarding 5 stars was there is an awful lot of building work going on and the noise was unbearable. I appreciate they are doing their best to upgrade the hospital but when people are really poorly the banging is bad enough without the lack of respect from builders that people are ill. It was not nice being with someone so poorly and having the builders at the bottom of the bed quite literally.

I would like to thank all the staff on ward 15 for their polite courteous and professional way they treated me during my 2 day stay. I would also like to thank Mr El Halwani for the excellent surgery he performed on the removal of my saliva gland and all his team in the operating theatre. I had 5 star treatment from 5 star staff. Once again thank you all.. from Wayne.

Came for urology appointment here yesterday 27.3.18, after being told from goodhope hospital I didn't have any signs of UTI for the past year and a half.. I explained that the nhs had not offered me any anti biotic cover and was told by one of the consultants to "stop exaggerating" well I was first admitted into hospital on the 7th Feb 2017 & I was given no antibiotics to ONLY BE OFFERED them 16 months later, is not exactly an exaggeration is it?!! 😟 out dated ideas - undermined a uriany professor that I've been seeing calling him "wacky" he still has a clinic open to his current NHS patients, so if it's so wacky then how come the clinic hasn't been closed down completely? tried to give me a document explaining the professors down falls however I've tried to open it today and it's "corrupted" so can't even read it. I don't think it complies with the GMC standards to talk badly about another medical colluege either. Not impressed at all.

I was taken to A &E, and the service was stupendous! The staff couldn't do enough for me. I was cared for in an exemplary manner, especially by Nurse Brian Love, and Health Care Assistant Hannah. The experience was a pleasant one, actually.

The staff here are truly amazing, they are courteous, considerate and professional. Quite recently I had a requirement for some facial surgery, I was fortunate enough to have it at the Treatment Centre, where every effort was made to make me feel at ease, by everyone I came into contact with throughout the procedure. When I returned to outpatients for a review I received the same courtesy Thank you very much..
