The professionalism of being looked after never failed. Mr Mark Price, the Consultant put me at ease straight away and cannot thank him enough for being truly great. I had an ultrasound guided hip injection today with Dr George Tony and his really excellent nurse.nIt was an example of outstanding carenI was seen on time, the hospital was very clean and all the staff very friendly and helpfulnThe nurse looking after me was fantastic… she was so kind, caring and friendly… she put me at ease.nDr Tony was a fantastic radiologist who took his time to explain the procedure and aftercare and made sure the procedure was comfortablenI cannot thank you both enough
Lovely well kept hospital in beautiful surroundings. Very helpful and informative staff who didn't hesitate to come and introduce themselves. This helped to keep my anxiety levels to minimum while waiting for my operation. I would highly recommend.
Rowley Hospital has the kindest nurses ever! Nothing was a problem. My room had beautiful views and was very comfortable and Mr Misra is so kind and professional.
Not only is Rowley hall hospital in the most beautiful surroundings, it has a peacefulness and a real welcoming vibe about it , that just helps with any issues of stress or anxiety you might have .nAll members of staff are amazing, right from the moment you come through the reception area and you meet the wonderfully polite lady who greets you with a warm hello ! This place is immaculately clean so hats off to the cleaning staff there.nThen you meet the medical receptionists and they are polite and helpful with any questions or concerns you might have, but for me it has to be the consultants & nurses themselves , I found that I was never rushed while in my appointments on both occasions with two different doctors, I felt listen too and everything was explained to me in a respectful manner with real concern and thoughtfulness of my health issues, so yes Rowley hall is by far an exceptional place and has exceptional staff too match !
