I have used Nuffield now on 2 occasions.nSuperb service, especially Dr Morley-Davies the heart consultant.nI would definitely recommend Nuffield if you have any health concerns and are having trouble getting the help you need from your GP.
From start to finish my operation and stay at this hospital was outstanding. You know the saying....there's always one. Well there wasn't here.nI was looked after like a queen by everyone.nI would like to thank Mr Rees for his for listening to me and carrying out my foot operations.nI would like to thank the nurses who mothered me and I would like to thank the reception staff.nOne more thing.nWhilst in my room I could here the staff, so happy in their jobs, laughing.
Attended for a cardio ct scan Katie made me very welcome and took time to reassure me and inform me about the procedure. The radiologist nursing team of Julie and Nicola were excellent, informative about all the process and light hearted but ultimately professional. After the scan the Doctor happily answered my questions and I felt fully informed and reassured. The whole team should be highly commended - Thankyou
Joanne on reception is awful and rude she does not deal with you well at all speaks to you like a child and is very unhelpful..nnBeen a patient for 2 years they have literally messed me around from pillar to post there not bothered about you at all !! Because they have to deal with people everyday there is no CARE givennnI'm going to claim negligence with how you have treated and felt with me
Had several surgeries here, always been very well looked after by all of the staff. My latest was last week, was very nervous, but the nurse's and Mr Huq made me feel very at ease.
