As a delivery driver, I’m very disappointed with the treatment at this Sainsbury’s. The staff are not cooperative with delivery riders from apps like Deliveroo and Uber Eats. They often treat drivers with disrespect, like we are criminals, asking us to remove our helmets for no reason and making us feel unwelcome.nnThe waiting time is completely unacceptable. The staff work very slowly and show no concern about how long drivers have to wait. Since they are paid by the hour, it feels like they simply do not care about delivery times or customer service.nnThere is also a clear prejudice against delivery drivers. Orders are prepared one by one with no urgency, and nobody seems willing to help or improve the situation. Delivery drivers deserve respect too.

Made a deliberate trip from the other side of Brighton to look at some clothes for myself and may daughter yet no changing facilities available permanently closed. Absolutely ridiculous. You lost a decent clothing sale today and I then had to “tailgate” another shopper to get out past the receipts scanner because I hadn’t been able to buy anything! Please reopen changing.

Hi,nI tried calling you to discuss this but found the phone infuriating so I will put my comments here.nMy mother is 96, 5 weeks ago her eldest son died unexpectedly overnight and this has left her confused and shaky.  I came back to Hove immediately from australia to help her get back in one piece. I took her to sainsburys in my hire car and parked in a disabled spot as she cannot walk far and at the moment is very shaky and confused.  She does not have a disabled permit because she does not have a car. If i had just dropped her off by the front door there is a reasonable chance she would have fallen over while I went to park the car.  When I parked there were several disabled spots free and they were still free when i came out however unknown to me some jobsworth git decided to book my car for parking and not even have the decency to leave a ticket.  so on my return to Australia I got a 85 pound parking fine and a 50 pound administration fee.  As you can imagine this would rate as a negative outcome from my perspective. Just as an additional piece of information Mum played on west hove GC before sainsburys was built for about 50 years, she has shopped there for all the years that it has been there, she will not be shopping there again.nnRegardsnJohn

The access from the rear is almost constantly flooded. I had to watch an old boy with a walking stuck shuffling through this. Sainsbury's could have at least offer a couple of their 40p bags to anyone having to use it. It's been like this for years. Sort it out. 1* is no reflection on the hard working staff. It's for the management.

it was slightly busy but makes sense on a hot day we loved our meal deals good prices would reccomend great 50g worth of milkshake would reccomend.
