Absolutely shocking service yesterday late afternoon. Queues of people waiting at the tills, 8 behind me, and 5 cars queuing at the pumps with 1 person on the tills. eventually and somewhat reluctantly a 2nd person appeared. Then, whilst they were very apologetic, the tillers kept running the bell to request help, and someone in the back office simply turned up the music loudly!! Appalling service, dreadful managment, and discredit to BP and M&S. I would have made a much bigger fuss except I didn't have time. This is a supermarket with lottery and fuel and people need lots of stuff at 5pm. It's not a petrol station! Sort it out please

Barely any veggie options. Either sold out or not stocked. Left without any options for us! Had to go to a competitor.

Great Marks and Spencer's products but be prepared to pay for it. BP Ultimate can be found cheaper. As expected really.
