I come into this cafe fairly regularly and have found the staff always very pleasant and helpful especially the two young men. It’s nice to see young people who obviously enjoy their job and are very polite and helpful. My only criticism is the music which I feel could be better, maybe plain music without singing. Much more relaxing!
Having heard the bad press regarding this supermarket cafe, I thought I had to try it out myself. I had hot chocolate, and an orange juice, which were both nice. However there was only one member of staff who was doing a great job, and the prices seemed high considering it was self serve, and self tidy up. I thought The cafe could have been a bit cleaner too. In short, it's not great, but it's not as bad as people are making out.
What cafe doesn’t serve beans on toast? They serve baked bean wrap, avocado on toast, little boxes of variety cereal your grandma usually eats but don’t do beans on toast. Absolutely baffling. Also guy at the counter was so clumsy it was hilarious that’s only reason it has gained a star.
Coffee and cake £2.50 while the deal is on. A delicious treat we can't usually afford as pensioners. Thank you.

always enjoy my weekly visit to the cafe the staff are always friendly and are a pleasant It takes the tension out of shopping to enjoy a cappuccino and a cookie with out the tomfoolery of specialist coffee shops when you just want to rest and recover.
Horrid food not cooked correctly tasted sage in breakfast sausage was dead watery and bacon sandwich was watery and not cooked right and the bread was soggy and didn't even offer cobs for breakfast and over priced for quilty do not recommend mc donalds is 10 x better
Popped in when caught in a rain storm. Ordered and stayed quite a while, staff were pleasant and didn't try to rush us.
Food was good but messed up our order when we asked for 2 of the same they only gave us one
Very quick service Very friendly,helpful and polite staff and all at a reasonable price
