My partner and myself came here for breakfast, I say breakfast we had a scone with clotted cream and jam and a coffee. The scone was nice so was the coffee it's worth it. This little cafe / cocktail bar is beautifully decorated and the atmosphere here was great, our waitress was really friendly. : x
Called in here and had a few cocktails on our night out, had a good offer on of 2 cocktails for £12, had to be the same drink which is the usual case for these offers so wasn't a biggie, there was loads to choose from and if I'd had time I'd probably worked my way through the lot. The place was really nice and funky and was enjoyable to spend time in and relax
Enjoyed a croffle with view over the river Derwent. Service was really good, although they weren’t serving burgers on the menu, but still plenty of other choices. Biscoff croffle was very tasty, however only four stars because I wanted the choco berry but they also ran out of berries .
I've wanted to come here for so long and have followed you on Instagram for years. Finally, managed to come. It was very busy around 1/2pm but was able to sit in the outdoor garden area with log burner so it wasn't cold. Food service was about 30 mins but that was expected as it was busy. The décor of this place is so cool and the famous Freakshake was amazing! Also had to try a selection of foods all tasted so good so the wait for the food was worth it!nnHad the Alice in Sweetland Freakshake, The dirty hash, Korean chicken wings and Chicken gravy burger.
Beautiful, affordable, and simple afternoon tea. It was a hot day and we had refillable iced drinks instead of hot tea. In the UK that is unheard of. Everyone was so friendly, it a very welcoming and delicious experience.
