To put peoples mind at rest some of the one star reviews relate to people having difficulty getting through to th surgery by phone.A new phone system was installed to address this issue.Things are much better. At peak times it is an issue as it would be at any surgery. Both my wife and I have been patients of the Practice for a number of years.We have always found the staff to be welcoming and friendly. We accept the problem of getting your calls answered by the call handlers. We do get appointments within a day or two. If it is urgent the on call doctor will ring you back. The doctors are very supportive. The Practice provides an all round service to the community e.g. Pain /Skin Clinics. Be aware that the Saffron Group Practice has been renamed Saffron Health nothing else has changed just the name

Have used Saffron Group Practice for the last ten years and more. Gp's and nurses are very good/attentive and professional. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. :-)

Useless receptionist. I wanted to book an appointment to have my implant checked out but they refused to make one for me as it 'wasn't necessary to have a check up'. I'm sorry, forgot you were the doctor and you were allowed to make this diagnosis. They don't know if it is infected or the seriousness of anything over the phone but I can't even go in because they refuse to give me an appointment just for peace of mind. Terrible service, do not go there! On the other hand, the doctor that I saw to have the implant fitted was very nice and helpful, it's just a shame I can't go back to have it checked out as they will not make me an appointment.

Very poor admin service. Submitted a registration form 3 weeks ago and was given an appointment. Turned up for my appointment 3 weeks later to find out that there was no appointment booked and that I was not even registered. Had to fill in another registration form as the original one couldn't be found. Basically wasted 3 weeks of my time and now they don't even make a single effort to find an appointment: ring up tomorrow and we will see what we can do, you call the following day and you get the same speech again: sorry we are fully booked, ring again tomorrow... I am running out of prescribed medicine but they don't seem to care much. And the worse thing is that they don't even admit they are at fault and try to sort it out in a nice way. Extremely disappointing. 1 star because I cannot give less

I left this surgery, 4 months ago and now I am coming back. Drs and staff,very supportive and professional. Improving with appointments, as well.
