One of the worst GP I've ever encountered. You can never get an appointment when's needed. It's better to close this shambolic GP so the tax money is not wasted in this manner. They're nice over the phone, but what good is that if the actual purpose of being GP surgery is not served. All of them staff working here clocks in and clocks out and getting there wages without doing there duties they owe to the people. Shameless.
Please close down this GP practice. Its not fit for purpose. Useless staff, no appointments when needed, no answer to phone for morning appointments as they eat breakfast in this time. Total waste. A 3rd World country will have better service than this.
NO STARS... These people should be shut down!nnIt's true - the receptionists are vile. It's almost as though HR look for the lowest IQ and EQ in people for this role! Completely unprofessional, condescending, argumentative and liars! Facing a medical emergency situation, advised by 111 to register urgently for GP service. I was advised by SWHC that they would add me on the system immediately should I return registration forms the evening of 13th Feb 2024 or morning of Feb 14th 2024. I did this, only be told my registration is not a priority and it won't be processed until 19th Feb 2024 or even take 28 days! Were it not for the promise to process my registration on their part, I would have taken a different course of action and attended the LRI the evening of 13th of Feb or early morning of the 14th of Feb 2024.nnTo make matters worse, I noticed ONE person sitting in the waiting room at 08:30 when I attended to hand over registration forms!... ONE! Clearly no-one is rushed off of their feet.. Public Health Emergency? It starts here!nnThese people have caused harm and did so with an amazing sense of entitlement and even relished the fight they created. Absolutely disgusting animals. All complaints should go straight to NHS England in the first instance or a solicitor!.. you will not get any sense from incompetent low skilled idiots!
Closed during weekends which is a bit annoying considering their closing times but people need a break and I suppose it's probably not efficient to hire weekend staff. I'd heard this was the worst surgery in Leicester, and I agreed, but over the past month or two I have had not one complaint. The people I've spoken to on the phone have been lovely and it's not been much of a headache to have to ring up. I've changed from 1 star to 3 but waiting to change to 5 as it's only early days.
I have been with this surgery for 21 years and have never had a problem with them. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Dr always rings within the timeframe given. Would definitely recommend this surgery.
