This surgery is appalling the receptionist suki thinks she’s a doctor. You cannot get an appointment if you ring a minute before appointment time, you have to join the queue again and so there are no appointments left. They left my family member in medical difficulties due to misdiagnosis and would not take responsibility for their actions and because of this I’m not allowed to accompany my partner to appointments
Receptionist is just awful.Telling people information that is not adequate for the age group . Making her own opinion on were to get a referral or no. This made my family member suffer in pain for a week when receptionist just offered home remedies when for sure there were in need to see a gp. And to get that sort out u need to spend 30min arguing with her.
The staff is complaining about patients being rude but the receptionist as well as Dr Singh is very rude. You don't get to ask questions if you don't understand something.
As I moved to the area I went to register at this practice, gave my form in with 2 proofs of identity, when I rang to query about my medication I was told that I wasn’t registered The nurse on the desk had lost my details but to find that my personal information was also lost , I found that to be so unprofessional as anyone could come across these documents and use them for other purposes I was then told because I raised my voice they wouldn’t take me on as a patient Getting angry does not compensate the fact that my personal details were lost through negligence!!!
Still won't see my 11 year old face to face to diagnose, after a year of suffering with abdominal pain with constipation. We are not in the panadamic anymore, regulations have been lifted elsewhere. So why are we relying on phone consultations?
Called for advice and was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist named Lindsay who helped me with some advise I needed. Such a lovely manner and made me feel comfortable with the questions I needed answering. Thank you Lindsay :
What a great surgery. I moved here a few months ago as had become more and more disappointed with my previous surgery. Whenever I have contacted the receptionist could not be more helpful and is super efficient .haven't needed to actually see a doctor yet but he did call me once and was so friendly and helpful and when I commented on the excellent reviews the surgery has he was so proud of his team which is lovely and well deserved. This is the NHS at it's best!
My sister went for a shift as a Vaccination administration staff at Sturdee Medical centre but she was treated inhumanely and had a very bad unprofessional experience by the Practice Manager Suky Jaiswal. My sister left her shift in tears. On the contrary she found the GP’s and other staff very kind and professional. This review is a feedback for the surgery to ensure bank staff who work at the centre are treated with respect.
I am newly registered patient at the surgery. I met my Doctor last week first time as a patient after having serious car accident. I was so impressed how Dr.G Singh treated me and gave me medical support. I would highly recommend this surgery with 5 stars. A special thank you to Dr. Singh and team for supporting me and making me feel so comfortable.Please keep up all this good and healthy positive work.
This practice is absolutely degrading!!! It is absolutely disgraceful how the receptionist speak to you and that I've been trying for the last 3 days to try and book an appointment to speak to my doctor and there Fobbing meal with excuses after excuses, I'm absolutely disgusting and that I want to speak to my own doctor regarding my mental health and my asthma as it is getting worse and the receptionists are just rude... Because of this I will be making a few emails to the NHS and also I will have no option into moving doctors... It is absolutely disgraceful it is degrading and that you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!
