Zero stars if it was possible to do so. So I was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis which is terminal but nobody told me this. I found out about the diagnosis by calling in and the receptionist told me in a nonchalant tone. A doctor from the surgery female, whose name I do not want to mention in case of a defamation case rang me unscheduled about a week later to break the same news to me. I was in a busy supermarket at the time. Can you imagine. No mention of a face to face appointment. I wanted to sue the surgery but did not have the energy or capacity at the time. Thank god I’ve since moved to Sheffield where the medical card could not be better. Avoid this place if you can?
Tried calling to get an appointment telling them my baby is Ill and not getting better. When I said she NEEDS to be seen they said they can only do telephone appointment. After going to multiple doctors and them brushing it off. She needs to be seen today!! Absolutely unhelpful and un assuring
Hats off to the Bushloe surgery.nIts not very often you find a doctors where all of my appointments have been on time, you can call up at any time and make an appointment and be seen the same day.nThe receptionists are kind and helpful.nThe doctors actually read my notes and all seem lovely, and they make fast progress to work out the problem.nGuess im never leaving south wigston cus the doctors are top dollar
Cannot sing the praises of this surgery enough. The Drs are fantastic, the reception and admin staff are brilliant and the service is fast and efficient. The best surgery I’ve been to! Such a relief after receiving such poor care at surgeries in other places I’ve lived.
Problem with diabetic blood test, surgery rang, need appointment with Dr Miles today 11am. Didn't wait long, Need to check sugar levels twice a day. Can't fault surgery.
