I have a long history of chronic disabling pain since 2010. The surgery do their best to get me seen by my Dr of choice although it's not always possible. Several get good Dr's here so urgent appointments can be quickly but sadly reading other reviews you can't please everyone all the time.,..,

There are some great doctors at this surgery,  therefore they are very popular.  I book 
routine appointments a month ahead,  and I've never been refused an emergency appointment.  When I've been in severe pain and late for an  appointment at Christmas time,  the receptionists were very helpful and I saw the doctor,  even though the surgery was full. There will always be problems,  no surgery will ever be 5 star all the time to everyone.

Bad attitude. They don't even care if you are dying in their waiting room. They are like SORRY IT'S THE PROCEDURE

Always late! Never on time. Spent 2 hours waiting for my appointment to be told I’m next and still wait another 45 minutes on top of that. Meant to be 5 minute appointment yet someone has been in there 30 mins already.

My son couldn't get appointment for 6 days the worst surgery I have ever seen absolut rubbish
