Previously, I would have given here 5 stars, unfortunately the admin team has become somewhat incompetent. Wherever this is due to how busy it is, or the fact they've taken on 1/2 young faces (apprentices?), I'm not sure. I can't fault the doctors, they're always nothing but helpful. They forgot to send out the automatic appointment for my 2nd child's 8 week injections. When I rung in, I was told it wasn't a big deal and wait (!). Our health visitor said it wasn't good enough, but we had to accept an appointment a month late. We've made arrangements, only to have a call yesterday they managed to book it for seemingly the only day with no nurses on. We're now waiting to have this do well over 6 weeks late due to admin issues. Brilliant.

I’m not sure whether it’s a prerequisite that the admin/front desk staff must be unwelcoming, unhelpful and frankly down right rude but they seem to have that down to a T! The Dr’s themselves I can’t fault, but something’s got to be done about the front desk. No phone manner what so ever, must be a new member of staff I spoke with recently who coughed and spluttered down the phone, her go to phrase was “I don’t know..” with no desire to help or even listen to what I was saying, too busy ready to have an argument and sound aggressive. Seriously work on your telephone manner and if you cannot be bothered to listen to what a client is saying, then get off the line and go and see to the lavatories. Moronic woman!

The worst doctors surgery I have ever used. Not once since I have been with these have I managed to get an appointment without having to wait weeks. My son's referral to the hospital that was supposed to be done in May has only just been sorted. Had to settle for an over the phone appointment once to be given completely false information by a nurse. Safe to say I am on the hunt for a new surgery as this place is a disaster.

Pathetic, all the staff act entitled and look down on you, they never try and understand someone's situation, they are rude and obnoxious
