Went in for car battery advice after needing my first jump start in 7 years and they were so helpful despite what appeared to be a really busy day today (lots of staff but even more shoppers!).  Got a free battery check (all good thankfully) and got talked through some battery care advice. Thank you very much!

I would just like to say that although the problem with my Saab 93TTid could not be resolved at the branch, I fully appreciate the honesty with which the situation was dealt with, including a full refund of the work carried out.Great service.

never enough staff to do front desk, fitting and the number plate at the same time.  very annoying to order online and then find it's a 45 minute wait on arrival.  will go elsewhere and cancel order
