Carl, Dylan and Matt have been brilliant. I turned up for a service but the internet appointment hadn’t booked me in. No worries. My bicycle was accepted without hesitation. Carl fixed my bicycle with new parts. Dylan put new lights on it and it was so clean I didn’t recognise my own forks. Apologies to Carl! Thank you for your helpful and speedy service. I used the Halfords online ordering for some service parts for my car, ordering was straightforward and paying, I received an order confirmation saying thank you for your order we will let you know as soon as its ready, everything was in stock at my local store which I intended to collect on my way home from work, the only downside is that I never received any confirmation to say my order was ready even using the order tracking that only showed 1 item ready. When I went in later this afternoon into to check my order was already to be picked up.
I only needed a replacement rear windscreen wiper blade but didn't fancy searching for it in such a well stocked shop. I asked the lady on the till where I would find it. She immediately went to the far end of the store and returned in less than a minute with the new wiper thereby saving me searching for ages. Great service.
Had roof bars and roof box fitted today. All staff, but particularly Jason, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Despite being very busy they really took the time to accommodate us and find solutions. Clearly all of the staff take pride in providing a great service and a job well done. Thank you!
Needed an item very quickly today, did my research then carried out the search at my local Halfords. Pleased to say they had the item in stock, paid and collected then fitted within an hour! Super service from all at Halfords Trowbridge Branch!
