Sellers beware! This guy does not understand eBay rules. I had a classified advert for my Jaguar XJS and he chose the option to 'Buy it now'.
The next step after Buy it now, is to pay, however he wished to impose payment terms that are not compliant with eBay rules. When I would not accept his proposed terms he alleged that the advert appeared to be a scam and the car could be a phantom!

Had he made the effort to inspect the car first I could understand the cautionary approach but the 'Buy it now' option is contractually binding. Thankfully, when he did not get his way he threw his toys out of his pram and said he would not buy the car as he thought me to be too aggressive
