I had an appointment for a service at 2pm. When I turned up to the Service Desk there was no-one there. Had to ask a salesman to find somebody for me so I could check my car in. I was left waiting for 20 minutes before I could actually hand my key over to someone. If someone has an appointment booked, Renault should ensure that there is someone to greet the person at their allotted time. The service itself was good, I had a few issues that I got answers to.
I have a Nissan which has been serviced from new in Nissan garages this one is great and having had problems with my car whilst abroad I was able to phone for advice. They give far better than average help and advice and their servicing is great. My car has travelled over 150000 miles and still going strong so I keep returning
A big thank you to Alastair for making the purchase of my new Mini Cooper S Exclusive, a smooth process. From the test drive to collection nothing was too much. Options available with the purchase of the Mini, from the GAP insurance to Auto Protect cover & finance, all these were explained before making an informed decision to go ahead with the purchase. I am a happy Mini owner & would highly recommend Alastair if you are looking to purchase a car from Renault Trowbridge, be it a new or used Renault or maybe another used brand on their forecourt. Platinum Renault provided an excellent service when looking to buy a new car. Our salesman Beau, explained everything clearly which made the buying process very smooth. There was no pressure to make a decision, just all of the information to make an informed choice. I would definitely recommend to anyone interested in the options Platinum Trowbridge have.
Took my dad to window shop for ideas on future purchases, my dad saw a car he liked and we went in to chat with Alex, on behalf of my dad and I we would just like to thank Alex for the service he gave us, friendly, informative, understanding but most importantly polite & professional from start to finish. The Salesman, Beau Blakeman, went above and beyond to ensure that my car was safely collected and returned at a time that suited me. He also ensured that I had a courtesy car to use whilst my car was with the dealer. On return of my vehicle, Beau went through the appropriate paperwork regarding the work that had been carried out and made sure that I was happy with the result.
Just Brought my new Renault Captur it's amazing car and great colour so happy with it. The process was so easy from start to finish and Alistair Bailey was such a great help throughout as he was always on the end of an email when I had a question. Many Thanks Adam
Bought a Renault from platinum. Excellent service from start to collection. Had a couple of hiccups on the paperwork, but all sorted without any issues . Beau and the team were very attentive, made the whole experience great. Highly recommended.
My 2 year old work vehicle, got towed to this garage yesterday with a failed water pump. The RAC man was brilliant he actually tried to do a road side repair but the pump is not available for 3 weeks from Renault so he had to tow to the garage. Called the garage to check they had the vehicle and asked for an update to be told they can't order a pump until it's been through the garage and inspected and they can't even inspect for 3. Weeks so it's a 6 to 7 week turnaround. I asked Amy to explain to the lead technician the situation and that the faulty pump was on the passenger seat for all to see. The lead tech said it's the best they can do and to get the 2 year old van towed elsewhere!!! Amy is lovely clearly they didn't want the work and the tech needs to take a long look in the mirror, infact I'd classify him not fit for purpose. People are trying to earn a living, this is a work vehicle............
I’ve been a customer here for over 3 years now and I’ve just decided to trade in and upgrade rather than going elsewhere because the team are fantastic from sales through to servicing. All of the team are very knowledgable, they keep you informed and there is no sales pressure and they do their best to get you the best deal possible. I’ve purchased from Louis twice now and would rate the service 10/10.
