Great experience at Arnold Clark Leyland. Found the car online we were looking for, looked lovely and didn’t disappoint in the flesh. We were dealt with by Lewis who was very professional and helpful, walked us round the car then just left us to view it on our own, no pushy sales techniques going on. We went out for a test drive and the deal was done. Car was ready for collection a couple of days later as agreed. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend if you’re in the market for a new motor, the stock all looked in good order and well presented and we got a great cup of coffee as well . Thanks!
Saw a car on line that was just what I was looking for. Spoke to Andrew and went round to view straight away as I was in Leyland. He was very polite, helpful and informative, not pushy, no hard sell approach. Guided me through all the online process and made me feel like a valued customer as did all the team members I had contact with.
Saw a car online and went to the showroom to have a look. Lewis showed us around and when we saw the car, he got the keys so we could look inside. Lewis took us inside to look at all the details. Lewis is friendly, very helpful and nothing is too much. We had a test drive and fell in love with the car. We had a couple of hiccups but Lewis said don't worry we'll get it sorted. Great customer service and I would recommend Arnold Clark Leyland to anyone. All staff are very friendly and not pushy at all. Thanks again Lewis for everything
I would like to recognise Graham Brierley for his outstanding customer service and professionalism. He provided a very efficient service buying my car and offered a far higher price than that offered by comparative car buying sites. Would definitely recommend Arnold Clark, and Graham in particular, to anyone thinking of selling their car as opposed to part exchanging.
I can not thank Lewis enough for his support in purchasing my new car. He was so helpful from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble for him. Recently enquired about a business vehicle, Adam came back promptly, sourced our vehicle of choice and we had our new vehicle within 4 weeks of the enquiry. Adam was polite, kept us informed throughout, and made the process super easy.
I bought a car from the Leyland branch on 31/10/2022. When I got home I realised that the boot parcel shelf was missing, so I emailed them. The shelf was with the valeters, so they had not put it back in place. Promises were made that it would be taken to Liverpool so I could pick it up. There was a mark on the bonnet also, and the finance manager said he would get the salesman to order a pen from Ford to cover it. I have sent at least 8 emails enquiring when it will be delivered to the Liverpool branch. It is now 10 weeks and I still don't have the parcel shelf, therefore I can not leave anything in the boot. No pen either. Terrible customer service! Can someone competent send the shelf to the Liverpool branch and i will go out of my way to pick it up. I don't think I will be buying my third car from arnold clark. Sharon Pring
