Barry and co have been so understanding when my credit card hadn't arrived to pay for the car, and they're holding on to the car for me for an extra week before I can collect it, as I'm going away on holiday. Great service and very understanding staff. Highly recommend Grosvenor garage

Bought a bmw x3. Been back to them few times and been very happy with their customer service. Very reliable, honest, and approachable. Would recommend them. I do not usually leave good feedback unless i find it really good.

Misleaded. Drove 200 miles to buy £15k car BMW 530D Grey, Reg SN10 LAF and it was NOT as described. (badly Judder after every start, Loud Humming noise while driving on any speed, suspension naked, lots of different bangs knocks). I asked John many times to tell me if anything is wrong with the car but he kept saying "its spot on. you will be pleased." REALLY? Don’t take his word. It was a total waste of round trip of 400 miles. AVOID!!!!
