Received rapid response to initial email enquiry l made about a vehicle. I subsequently telephoned to arrange a viewing and test drive at my convenience. On arrival the vehicle was ready to be taken out and was presented in showroom condition. During drive l asked various questions which were dealt with knowledgeably by Connor. I decided to purchase without any pressure from Brooklands. The whole experience was conducted in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and l would not hesitate to recommend them
Excellent service from the team at Brooklands. I was travelling from Belfast and therefore couldn’t see the car in person before committing, so lots of the questions I asked over email over a couple of days - it never felt like any bother to Connor. All went very smoothly, was collected from the train station on the day and drove off less than an hour later. There was a very minor issue but despite me being across the water Connor agreed to sort it no questions asked. Highly recommended little dealership. Would use again. And the car is fantastic!
Travelled 120 miles to view a 1 owner 40,000 mile RED VW scirocco for sale, wasted journey as a minute into viewing the vehicle it was clear the drivers door had been painted so poorly that it was cloudy and bubbling. I wouldn’t be bothered if it wasn’t for the fact I had asked the garage numerous times to go around the car and highlight any blemishes or imperfections with the bodywork before I travelled! Appalling service stay clear, I would have been better throwing my £25 fuel money down the drain
Didn't feel like we had a great customer service from the guys at Brooklands MC. It felt as if they didn't want to sell the car and as if I was wasting their time. Don't think I'll come back.
I purchased an Audi A5 FROM Jason. I made a bit of a nuisance of matyself asking lots of questions which were always answered promptly and nothing was too much trouble. The service was fantastic a pleasure to deal with. Excellent quality car at a very reasonable price.
Jason, Connor and the team at Brooklands very nice people to deal with. I was looked after from start to finish and would definitely use them again.

In a world where everything seems to be complicated, nothing could have been more straightforward than my experience at Brooklands Motor Company. It took me a while to find the right car after people messing around - probably because these days it's easy to take nice pictures of an average car or make something look better than it is if you have a half decent app on your phone. But contrary to this, I'd just like to say that the car was even better in person than on the photos which is unreal as it already looked amazing! Even when I couldn't view the car until the following week I wasn't asked for a holding deposit and things were done on good faith which seems to be unheard of in these current times. I part exchanged my car and I feel that I got a really fair price which makes everything that bit sweeter. If you're after a relaxed, straightforward and easy going experience with people who put their values above all else - look no further. Cheers guys.
