Have recently bought a second hand Kia ceed about 2 weeks ago thought I'd leave it awhile before reviewing . The customer service was friendly and approachable . There was none of the pestering that you get at some car places And I was able to part exchange my Kia picanto . Car came with 12 month m.o.t . And has to go through this AA test to insure the vehicle is safe for the road . The car it's self is running really smooth and seems to be very reliable I was upset giving up my picanto but not anymore
Brought a car of them in November very friendly and helpfull delivered but had issues with the vehicle and they did accepted it back and gave a partial refund but was happy will recommend them very professional and knowledgeable
Test drove a car with an internal computer. Upon checking the computer the car came up with 5 faults including traction control. The windscreen was also smashed and the car was burning oil. The dealer didn't like that I knew how to access the computer and was saying it will all be fixed before being sold. Also whilst getting another car out of the lot to be able to get into it, the rear right hand wheel was siezed. Not most trusting in someone showing cars with serious repairs needed, should be sorted before selling
Brilliant customer service! They made repairs and alterations to the car as I requested, they also provided a very reasonable delivery to my house. I'm very happy with the service. Thank you!
