This has to be one of the best, if not the best customer service experience we've had when buying a new car. The staff are so friendly, willing and helpful. No pressure selling whatsoever.They were Willing to go that extra mile to keep us happy and advise us in our purchase. Didn't try to add any bits on and provided an excellent service! The Ford garage we used to go to just doesn't even compare whatsoever! More than satisfied with our new car and the service provided from Fred Coupe Nissan and David who was extremely helpful! Thanks guys!

Nissan dealership in Walton Le Dale nr Preston full range of new and used cars and knowledgeable staff. Service times can be a bit of a problem usually a 7 - 14 day wait for appt.

Rang about car Nissan Xtrail agreed over fone to take £350 off for cash and able to twist his arm to get 2 years warrenty same as other Nissan dealer .traveled 3 hours liked car but put price up when sat down to do figures went back on what agreed on fone as he had someone else interested very poor service wasted my time and fuel wouldn't recommend.rang up to complain rang peter who got simon the salesman to ring me he said get over myself he doesnt have to sell me the car nor did I have to buy it and move on and buy a car elsewhere. Speaking to trading standards now .so much for the put your trust in a family firm slogan .
