Noticed a lovely Audi on Matts Facebook account, went to view it and the description of the vehicle was absolutely spot on. The attention to detail was a refreshing experience from a used car garage, a very warm welcome was maintained right throughout. The car priced sensibly with an approved warranty supplied. Just bought a car from Matt and John and it was the best car sales experience in all my years of motoring and I'm getting on a bit the service from start to finish was superb , everything was spot on ,its nice to find a genuine honest dealer who puts their customers first. I am at present buying a van from here. Called today and met Matt who seems a nice guy, he is really helpful with the buying process, a nice friendly guy. I needed to move my private plate onto the new vehicle and was shown how it's done with no probs. Faultless process in buying from here. i bought a car from matt and john in november the service was excellent in february this year i started having problems with my power stearing they took the car in but came up with problems fixing it so they lent me a car so i could get to work the car was to take some time fixing at the time i bought the car i bought a folding camper so they even went out of the way to lend me a car with a tow bar so i could get my folding camper home my car is fixed now and i got excellent customer service i would recommend any one to shop here friendly service
Do not leave a deposit with this dealership as if you decdde not to purchase the car even due to circumstances out of your control you will not see your deposit ever again. I've been waiting weeks now, and they haven't even had the decency to respond.
