Another wasted journey as they fail to update their opening times online. On top of that it is the worst location. No parking other than pay for car park so you’ll be paying for the privilege of collecting your parcel when they fail to even bother knocking in the first place.
The indian lady who receives the post is doing the wrong thing and asking me for her fee. I asked twice, I did what she said, she says you did it wrong. This is what happens if you answer without listening to what I ask. I mean the officer is very rude and I paid extra money because of the mistake of the indian lady.
The post person on Sandon Rd, just put a card through and didn’t even knock or ring the doorbell, I have been waiting for this parcel, due them being on strike and now I have to chase them for it. It’s a bloody joke.
Postman never leaves my parcel with a neighbour as I request so I constantly have to come and get them from this office, I've had two parking tickets, one for being in the carpark despite being told I could be there for 10 minutes without buying a ticket, and one for parking outside the office. Staff say they can't give to a neighbour because they're too busy, total crock. I try to avoid getting things delivered by royal mail where possible. Most useless delivery service going.
The Indian lady always find a reason to make a problem with taking my prepaid letters even when she is wrong, she tells me I have prepaid the wrong amount I am doing that for 7 years. Luckily her colleague tells her she is wrong. She always tells me to come earlier 2 hours before closing the office is best for her!!!! even if the collection is not soon
If you're going to change opening times, change them online as well so people don't make wasted journeys!!
Keep delivering my packages to different addresses, even though my home address is clearly displayed on the items, 4 times this year 2022 3 of them in the last 6 weeks, it's disgusting service
I'm on giving one star, because I wasn't to impressed when we were waiting to get served & the lady behind the counter called this women over just because she wanted holiday money when their was still 4 or five people still in front waiting to go up to the counter when they should have come first, as it was their was only two people serving they might do that in other country's but not here.
Extremely poor service. There are regularly weeks between deliveries, and then receiving all post in one go. Claiming your address is inaccessible for deliveries when they've never had a problem before, just so it doesn't get put down as them at fault. Red cards left for multiple items, and then not all of those items waiting when you go to collect them.
Is it a wonder this great old company is going down the pan ! As a busy person I diligently checked the opening times , today it's 10am , guess what I'm sitting in car park with online saying open and not busy , why You may ask well and here's the shocker " opens at 11am " . Now I have to wait only to be confronted with a grunt or maybe silence using the Jedi mind trick . Badly run , no customer comes first here !
