Bug man with glasses possibly owner/manager. Been here twice and first time questioned me about why he hasn't seen me before in the post office. I know the area v well and live locally but rarely go to post office. Second time equally as rude and was sitting reading the paper with a wad of notes lying in front of him. Also he has refused to exchange currency back. Nicer post office in leigh on sea broadway I totally recommend.
It’s my local “shop” so I visit about 3-4 times a week. Staff are always friendly and try help out to the best of the ability. Working in a shop myself I can understand and sympathise when there’s a build up of customers but they never seem to panic and are always going as quick as they can to elevate the pressure. It’s also the place closest to me to do my banking once a month and they make things go so smoothly. Keep up the great work!
The man who served me, wearing glasses and having curly hair, showed zero patience. And no one is behind me on the que as well. When I tried to withdraw money from my other bank account, he simply nodded his head. This is not the right way to treat customers. He treated me like he is giving his own money to me. Totally the customer service is zero
