Opening hours were not as specified. Ridiculous opening times 8 till 2. So if you work you are not getting your parcel.
Tried to post a parcel but told to come back next week as they have no staff!! Useless.
Unfortunately this post office is my local pick up point. Had an item i was informed is ready to collect £220 in value mysteriously gone missing & told it was never there.!! Where is the item? does one of your Staff members have a new pair of Airpod pro's? Because i certainly don't. Very unhelpful every time i go in there, Won't even attempt to look for the package which makes me suspicious. I have Reported & escalated this further.
Would not go here ever again suprised there still going if im honest not helpfull people would not even give them a star
last 2 times been to this post office and the guy is always on the phone. today 6 people waiting and he say to go to the "shop" counter, she already had her own customers. he told the women in front of me that he is talking to his father and to come back later! is this a post office or his personal office? wouldn't normally leave anyone negative feedback, but this is not the first time it has happened and others in the queue saying the same. it's a difficult time at the moment with the safe distancing without you causing people to congregate unnecessary. probably a good idea to call your family in you OWN time please.
One star is far to generous for this post office, customer service is absolutely disgusting, the man who is behind the counter is so rude. No manners what so ever asked me to hurry up as there was a que behind me.! Always unhelpful and grumpy! Would not go back here if you paid me. He needs the sack as the guy in the shop is really friendly and polite, the man behind the post office counter brings it down! Appalled!
Having to break away from my work to collect my parcel, I asked the female behind the counter "why is the sorting office open half the normal hours". She looked at me as if I were mad and replied "the virus" to which I replied " and", she replied "it's very contagious. So they have reduced hours, so there's more people queuing up in and around their office, THAT does not make sense. Another chap queried the reduced opening times and with a big grin she replied "wait till you see our opening times around Christmas. How can a post/sorting office continue to be run, so badly. Thank goodness that the NHS didn't go on reduced hours, due to the virus. I wonder what NatWest gives as an excuse.
Not happy! Went in to post a parcel and was told "it's not working". I don't know what wasn't working or why but when I asked when it will be working again I was told "maybe September" still don't know if the post office is shut due to the public health emergency or what, but the shops open. Left annoyed and confused. Please communicate with customers! Are you a post office or not?
Went in there yesterday to get stamps and post a cd, which needed to be weighed. Waited at counter, no-one came. All the time the man was chatting away on his phone. No asking can I help you. Eventually got to say i wanted to post small parcel. Told me no broken. Okay i'll have just stamps then, he said broken still chatting on the phone so i said just stamps then, he said no...by this time was really peed off. So no stamps in the till either. Told him "and you call this a post office" and that I won'r be coming here again. Went to newsagents in village who weighed the package for me, and had stamps, so helpful in there. All sorted.
