I believe there's an internal conspiracy to shut down the help line and to achieve this they have resolved simply NOT to answer the call when you have selected your option. I lost the will to live and my resolve after 35 minutes of regular recorded reassurances that my call was important to them and they would answer it soon...yeah right! How is it possible not to answer a call after 35 minutes of keeping the caller holding on, other than by cunning design!
