I constantly have a very negative experience in Tesco pitsea post office. The staff are far too busy chatting to each other to be bothered to take notice to what customers are actually requesting. On 3 different occasions now I've asked to post items first class and get home to find they've actually been put through as second class. My business and feedback are at stake due to their incompetence. Proof of postage is also something I require but I always have to remind them as they never give it to me the first time. I have issues with the sizes too as they guess rather than measure the parcels leaving me out of pocket. Just a shame this is my local branch.

The lady who served me was so impatient!
I had a one year old with me and she just ignored me and started serving other customers and said I couldn't post my parcel without even listening to me! So rude!
She was also talking to another staff member for ages ignoring customers
