Took my VW Tiguan in due to issues with water inside the interior through the panoramic sun roof Greeted by a young gentleman “Rob Parker” who explained the procedure on how to fix had great communication throughout. The issues have now been resolved, very quick turnaround at a reasonable price. Highly recommended. THANKS
What a premium brand motor dealership should be. I travel thirty-five miles although there's a dealer in my home town, because Marshalls do their job well. The least said about my local dealership the better. I have been very pleased with the service I've received from Marshalls VW Taunton, both the purchase of my car and after sales support and servicing. Highly recommended.
Would give no stars if possible. Ezz in sales was unbelievably unhelpful. Seems when he moved from Yeovil VW to Taunton he left a reputation behind.
Always helpful. Seem to know their stuff and always done a good job over the 16 years since i have owned VW's. Service & repair as you aould want. Good pricing too.
Phoned and spoke to the receptionist about a ongoing warranty issue we have, provided Registration of vehicle etc. Received a phone call later that day from a gentleman in the services team who booked us in. When we turn up 5 days later we are told they can’t touch our vehicle as it’s a van. How was this not picked up when the registration was booked into the system. Complete lack of customer care and knowledge.
Decent place. Staff here where generally friendly helpful and well informed. Management did try and bend the rules in terms of finance agreement, trying to get us to sign an agreement with false details on. But they changed them once we brought it up. Usual car salesman. Should really start to take American Express. Would drive more business! Overall, good service and happy with the company.
We've just bought our second car with this dealership. Both times the experience has been excellent: good, balanced advice without being pushy. Louis is a superb salesperson who made us feel comfortable and confident with our purchase, which we believe was really good value. As long as VW continues to make good cars we will continue to buy from Marshall Taunton.
I've bought my cars and had them serviced by the team at Marshall Volkswagen Taunton for the last 8 years, both the sales and service teams have always been excellent. There is always very friendly welcome from reception upon arrival and I would like to thank Ed in the service team in particular. Many thanks, Olly.
Didn't have a showroom car available of the model I wanted to look at! Not overly impressed with this dealership.
This dealership, specifically Mr. Hayball, really went the extra mile for my pretty unusual request. This is where my VW originally came from back in 2003 and being a bit of a stickler I was after anything from around that time, keyring etc. to go with my pride and joy. And Mr Hayball hunted around and came up with some great goodies, very accommodating indeed. Very friendly and helpful throughout, couldn't be happier with the great old fashioned personal, caring service.
