Went to see Atarashii Gakko at the Roundhouse with a disability access ticket. Was able to be dropped off right outside the venue and get in early with priority access. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the venue as a whole is very accessible. The venue itself is an amazing space, an old Victorian building. Unless you are on the floor there are a lot of pillars that will obscure views of the stage, but this did not detract from the experience. A great atmosphere in a unique venue.
What an amazing venue. The history of this place and the bands that have and will play here. Went to see a show and we were on the balcony. Amazing seats, even if our view was partially obscured. The team does such a great job. My only word of warning about coming here is the lack of parking in the area, but we planned ahead and it’s not the venues fault.
The roundhouse is probably one of the best venues I’ve been to. Getting inside is a breeze, quick ticket scan and a pat down, bar straight ahead. Prices aren’t terrible for London. I’ve definitely paid more in arenas. They actually serve pints!nnStaff are very friendly. Had a good chat with the bartenders and got shown where my seat is by a kind woman inside the circle. Great views from here, the sound was immense.nnOverall, a great experience.
Great venue and atmosphere. The Oliver Heldens dj set when we visited was great and we had a really good time.nnThe only issue was the sound when standing further from the stage – it had some big reverb and echo, so it wasn’t as clear back there. It could probably do with a better speaker setup in those areas.nnI've added a few photos and a 40-minute preview of the set from that night is available on YouTube. Overall, an awesome experience and we’d definitely come back!
Roundhouse London is an incredible venue and easily deserves 5 stars. Everything runs smoothly and efficiently, with queues moving quickly and staff clearly knowing what they’re doing. I went to see Artemas and panicbaby, and the experience was great from start to finish. Drinks were very easy to access at the bar on the lower level, which made the night much more enjoyable without long waits. The venue also has accessible toilets, which is a big plus. One lovely moment was chatting with a staff member, I told her I’d love her job, and she let me know you can actually volunteer there, which is great to know for anyone local. An amazing venue with a welcoming, well-organised atmosphere.
