The Business Design Centre, or the BDC as we call it, was a great tradeshow center for LiGHT 25, a global lighting show for lighting designers in London and the world. The booth I managed for Inventronics was in a good placement with good traffic. The BDC’s staff was helpful in all areas. Facilities were well kept and the food was high above par, especially compared to other tradeshow venues I’ve visited globally. Would love to come back again.
I’ve visited the Business Design Centre on several occasions for exhibitions, events, and supplier meetings and it’s a very strong venue for both networking and display.nnWhat I liked:nnGood location: close to Angel Tube station Northern Line and easily reachable by bus from central London.nnSpacious exhibition areas, ideal for trade shows, large showrooms, and business meetings.nnWelcoming, well-designed entrance and greeting area that gives a great first impression.nnDuring supplier visits, the showroom setup made discussions easy great layout, clear access, and comfortable meeting spaces.nnOverall, a very professional and convenient venue that consistently provides a great experience.
Went to the prestigious London Air Fair, some really interesting talks by artists, galleries and academics. A lot of fresh new art on sale.
Was visiting for Light25..... A great space. The cafe area was busy but the staff were moving people through well. Any staff I spoke with were friendly and helpful. The toilets I used were clean and tidy.
Just came back from the Sicily Fest London, I’m exhausted in a good way! Non stop dancing, drinking and of course EATING.nnIt was only £5 in, we made sure to book in advanced to secure tickets, we came at 11am so we could enjoy without big queues and get somewhere to rest our bags etc. There are tables and chairs but they get taken fast. Some people brought small dogs, I wish I took mine!nnThe place started to fill up by 2/3pm.nnAverage cost of food was £13 while snacks were £5-£6, drinks were £10-13.nnIt was my first time eating cannoli and I didn’t like it maybe I should have gotten a smaller one. I have a sweet tooth but this was way too much, I couldn’t even take my time to try and finish it unfortunately. I ate half of it so at least I liked that much, ‍↔. During the busy periods you had to wait 20 mins for your pizza.nnA famous singer from Sicily was there I didn’t catch her name and a brilliant DJ, so definitely had the Sicily vibe from when start to finish.nnWear comfortable shoes!
