Excellent company. Sorted out and repaired my daughters car after a no fault collision. Staff very friendly and Helpful. Highly recommended.
Very poor, they had my car for a week to repair accident damage. When I went to pick it up they tried to charge me excess and vat on a company vehicle insured by.my employer. Then while trying to get.my insurer to explain they were in the wrong noticed the wing was still dented as when dropped off. Would not use ever again.nnFollowing the response from the garage I must add that the damage was described to them prior to delivering the vehicle to them. The estimate included the removal of almost all of the front end of the vehicle including the wheel arch liner which you will see had not been removed as there is still some road debris caught between it and the wing itself.nThe final repair is good but I cannot understand how they would miss the damage to the wing in the first place.
Our car has recently been in for repair and we are absolutely delighted with the service we receivednLovely friendly and helpful staff. Our car only took a couple of days which is incredible. Our car was returned in amazing condition. Highly recommend
GR Yaris was in there 6 months but wasn’t their fault waiting on part but next to no communication all this time. Eventually when the car was fixed I drove it off the lot they had repaired the body not the mechanical, excuse was while car was it it ran out of MOT they couldn’t test it!! They have trade plates and one fault was wheel bearing and as the car got the entire side replaced they could at least spin the wheel which would have enlightened them. Very very poor service the bodywork great mechanical shocking and very dangerous and their immediate response take it up with your insurance company
