Just called in to buy a new Phoenix 650+ And PX our Valencia. Figures aren’t exact The dealer offered us £13k for our caravan in PX which we agreed to. He worked a finance proposal out to which I said that can’t be right and he said I’ve been selling caravans for 6 years and that it is. New Phoenix £22,999 My caravan £13000 Which I owe £8k Leaving £5k towards the new caravan. He then said he has to add on the £8k to the remaining balance to be financed and that would be £30,999  I said you’ve not done that right and it should be 17,999 He is adamant I am wrong and he is right ‍ I’m no maths magician, but those figures aren’t right. Any way his attitude was to get a personal loan and pay my van off then come back to see them Think I’ll look for another dealer.

Picked up our brand new caravan last week from Teesside Caravans and we are very pleased with it. All the team there were very helpful and patient while we decided which van would suit us best. Special thanks to Steve Lofts who sold us the van and to Wendy and Sandra in reception and Richie from the workshop for all the help and advice they gave us.

Good selection of caravans, both new and second hand, handy shop with plenty of items at reasonable prices, good amount of spaces to park the caravans, also a maintenance shop for various work you might need regarding the caravan.

Excellent service from Steve Hunton and the team at Teeside Caravans! We were kept up to date and had any of our questions answered quickly either by email or telephone. Good fair price given for trade in of our old caravan and had a good handover of our new caravan as Steve went through all of the operating systems and was able to answer any of our questions with great expertise and knowledge. He even sent a video regarding the operating instructions just in case we missed anything. All in all a very good experience! Would highly recommend.

After buying our caravan in June from Teeside with no issues and a helpful and friendly service from everyone involved with the sale we came away very happy . Well today because of my own stupidity in damaging the Electrics that connects to the car I have had a chance to see what Teesside’s after sales is like and can I just say they have been absolutely brilliant fixing it there and then as a gesture of good will . The service engineers were absolute professionals. I can’t recommend buying a caravan off them enough I always think the truth of a company comes out after they have done the sale and got your money and Teeside have been 5 star . Thanks again to everyone at Teeside Caravans

We were staying at a nearby site for the week and had a problem with our heating and hot water. We got the part from Teeside Caravans and Richard the legend  came out after he finished work to fit it for us. Excellent service all the staff were so helpful and friendly highly recommended!

Having a laugh  We asked for a part exchange quote on our caravan against another one of their 2 berths was told no market for two berths but that's what we wanted to take out?. They then came back with a quote some £4000 less than a dealer not 30 miles away and that was to buy outright!. Going to cross these off of the places to buy from.

Great people to deal with, no pressure sales and given time to make a decision. Would recommend

Great all round service given by teesside caravans and would recommend using them if buying a new or used caravan. All very helpful and our dealings with Steve who sold us the van was second to none.
