We love having brunch here or coffeepersonal preference I'm coffee lover. Indoor is nice but I love the seatings outside when weather is nice. Food is good and staffs are very nice. Food comes out fast. I love their coffee cups with simple castle design.
Lovely Christmas eve lunchtime stop, dogs made very welcome too. Everyone enjoying a drink & food. Smashing. Thanx all.Food: 5/5
Fine service but a smile would be nice.you have to pay for parking and we ordered and the food took 1 hour to come to us.The food was overpriced for what it was and could do better making it yourself for cheaper and quickness . Pestered because of staffs lack of help with the large amount of wasps coming next to us and on our food because the door was left open. There was 10+ wasps swarming us as we tried to eat.Staff did nothing to help. Recommend checking ripley out but not the tearoom.
NOT CYCLIST FRIENDLY. AVOID. Wheeled our bikes into the totally empty and very spacious courtyard and was abruptly told that "bikes are not allowed in here." When I questioned why the response was "Coz management don't want bikes in here." I took my business to the Ripley Store just at the end of the road and was rewarded with an excellent bacon and mushroom butty.
Very nice home cooked food but room was too cold to be comfortable Parking: Car park too small
The fish finger ciabatta was a bit dry and would have been better with tartare sauce rather than mayonnaise. Parking: Object to having to pay for the car park to eat in the cage even if they do refund you upto 1 hour.
A lovely tea room. They were just about to close but took pity on us as we had been stuck in snow all afternoon. The coffee and carrot cake were delicious. Thankyou for being so kind and welcoming
One of our favourite tea rooms if not the most favourite
Even with restrictions a lovely place to visit. Got tea and coffee with these hot pulled pork pies you will never want to go back to a growler after these for about £10. Good value, tasty and friendly. Only downside popular and understandably at the moment nowhere to sit.
Pleasant surroundings, but coffee poor Flat White was made far too hot.
