Looks like a nice cafe but when ordered old school double egg & chips it states in the description underneath comes with ham... the girl at the till put it through wrong and with no receipt provided. I then asked where the ham was and a girl brought it to the table and had the audacity to ask for another pound whilst we were eating. I then asked to speak to a manager. A lady came and just said ‘ah was it one of the young girls’ as if this was acceptable. I explained how it had left our total experience ruined over £1 that when looking at the menu was only a 50p difference anyway. 50p or a pound it’s the principle. Future custom and future recommendations lost over what? When I said I would leave a review the ladies relply was ‘it’s fine, it’s not for everybody’. Which made me change from a 2 star to 1

Staff are rude. Heard them speaking about how my other half was sat at a 4 seater table on her own with her bag on my seat. The reason she was sat on her own was because I was waiting to be served. Heard staff speaking ill of customers on several occasions throughout my hour here. Won’t be coming back. Hope it closes. If the manager would like to deliver this feedback that would be most appreciated.
