The guys at the Liverpool shop are very friendly and helpful, with an astounding depth of knowledge regarding all things audio visual. They'll price match and give you a good deal. Highly recommended.
I had bought a turntable, amplifier and speakers I got a great deal due to their VIP service. I was struggling to set it up, so had to take the amplifier and speakers into the shop. The staff went out of their way to help and got to the bottom of the problem and made sure I could set it up once I got home. This was not an expensive system but I was still treated very well. I can't recommend this shop enough.
Returning customer from a few years ago. Visited for a demonstration of various mid-range speakers via an arranged appointment . Excellent guidance, great knowledge and very friendly service from Justin. Enjoyable experience without any pressure. Made a purchase and very satisfied with it. On street meter parking in Berry Street 50 yards from the shop. Highly recommended.
Knowledgeable about their products,they don’t push you to buy but when you do their customer service is second to none. Special shoutout for Justin tracked down something I required but couldn’t find myself. Thank you to everyone.
Seemed to be a rushed experience in the shop even though I knew exactly what I wanted...order taken ..happy days .only to find out on my return to Preston the wrong size TV was ordered by the staff member....luckily Preston branch sorted it all out and Howie deliver the correct TV the following day.
What an atrocious service. Don't bother purchasing any goods from this company. My nearly 85 year old mother purchased a 32 inch, Samsung television which became defective whilst the guarantee was still effective. Instead of offering to bring a brand new replacement or even sending an engineer. They asked my mother to physically pick up the T.V, take the T.V to the shop where they could test for any faults. Given her age, and that the roundtrip would cost approximately £16, I'd have thought that the first two choices, as mentioned above, would have been preferable to their solution to the problem. Wouldn't you?
Love this place. Love the ethos of the company. The staff. The atmosphere. The choice. The prices. The knowledge. It all adds up. I wish the Liverpool branch could be bigger.
I wanted a TV remote control, They did not have what I required, But the chap I spoke to, went on line for me & was good enough to photocopy the item from the Internet, Immense help from him, received it a couple of days later, Thank you,

Always very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Purchased a Sonos Soundbar actually cheaper than anywhere else - can't recommend this place enough. Ive bought most of my AV equipment here for the last 15 years or so and never had any issues.
